Local Rover numbers that pet owners and pet sitters use to communicate with each other (relay numbers) are temporarily unavailable. However, you can still exchange messages, photos, and videos through Rover Messages on both the app and our website. If you prefer a voice call, you can choose to share your personal phone number with each other once the online reservation is made and paid for.
In the meantime, if you need to contact our Customer Service team, submit a request by navigating to the bottom of any page in the Help Centre and selecting Get help.
